Option 2: Performance Vacation – 5 day program
This program is designed for the individual who loves the game and really wants to develop his/her on court skills
and ability, as well as increasing fitness level and stamina.
• 2hrs of individual on court squash training per day.
• This session will include: dynamic stretching, technical skills, footwork, movement, video analysis, shot
selection, drills, conditioned games, matchplay and speed training.
