Option 1: Mini Performance Vacation – 5 day program
This program is designed for the individual who enjoys a short, sharp workout on court and wants to develop his/her
game.
• 1hr of individual on court squash training per day.
• This session will include: dynamic stretching, technical skills, movement, shot selection, drills, conditioned
games and matchplay.
