Option 3: High Performance Vacation – 5 day program
This program is designed for the individual who wants to experience high intensity, all round training to take their
performance to the next level.
• 4hrs of individual squash training per day, ideally split into two 2 hr sessions, one morning and one
afternoon.
• These sessions will include: dynamic stretching, technical skills, footwork, movement, video analysis, shot
selection, drills, conditioned games, matchplay, core strength, strength training, speed training, agility
training, and recovery.

The High Performance Week will also include one 1hr massage and one 1hr yoga session.
